How to prepare Macaroni Carbonara



INGREDIENTS:

500g dried macaroni pasta
30g butter
100g Primo gourmand selection Pancetta or Bacon roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves, beaten
four eggs, lightly whisked
100g parmesan cheese, grated

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1
bring a huge saucepan of salted water to the boil over high warmth. upload pasta and prepare to cook, following packet directions, till tender.

Step 2
meanwhile, soften butter in a big, non-stick frying pan over medium warmth. add pancetta or bacon and garlic. cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes or till pancetta is crisp.

Step 3
Drain pasta and return to saucepan. add egg, pancetta aggregate, three quarters of the parmesan and salt and pepper. Toss over low warmth until properly combined. Spoon pasta into bowls. pinnacle with final parmesan and serve.
