How to prepare Mayonnaise Sauce
Mayonnaise sauce is basically a thick dressing of egg yolks, vinegar or lemon juice, oil and seasoing used for salad, sandwich, vegetable dishes..etc.
INGREDIENTS:
Egg Yolk
Mustard Paste
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Vinegar
Olive/ Sunflower oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. Put the egg yolk in a bowl and put the mustard paste, salt, white pepper powder, sugar and vinegar.
2. Now carefully mix in one direction and pour the little amount of oil and add vinegar in interval of time.
