How to prepare Spaghetti Alla Bolognese



The follwing is how to prepare the most famous continental dish 'Spaghetti alla Bolognese'

INGREDIENTS:

350g Barilla Spaghetti No. 5
1 jar Barilla Bolognese sauce
1/2 onion, finely chopped
half of carrot, finely chopped
half of celery stick, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, beaten
50g Italian pancetta, finely chopped
125g minced pork
125g minced veal
1/3 cup white wine
2 bay leaves
1 rosemary sprig, washed
50g Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated
more virgin olive oil
Rock salt, for pasta water
Sea salt and pepper, to flavor



DIRECTIIONS:

1. First boil the spaghetti till 80 percent cook.
2. Then heat the butter and oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and add the spaghetti and add chopped parsley and season with salt and white pepper powder and toss gently.
3. For Bolognese sauce, heat the butter and oil in a pan and add the chopped onion and fry till fragrant and add the chopped garlic and chopped carrot and fry till golden brown and add chopped celery and fine herbs.
4. Then add the minced buff and stir it for a few minute and combine the white wine and cook for a while.
5. Combine tomato concassee and tomato puree and toss gently and add some chicken stock and cook for a while.
6. Finally season with salt, white pepper powder and chicken enhancer.
7. Portion the spaghetti in a plate and top it with the Bolognese sauce and grated cheese.
